Churros are a popular street food all over the word. They are a crunchy treat coated in cinnamon-sugar, and they remind me of a donut. The recipe can be intimidating, and a bit of work, but it is all worth it in the end.
If you have ever made eclairs, or cream puffs, you probably made a dough similar to this type. This dough is made by making one, then adding eggs you can fry it. You do have to deep fry these, but once you coat them in paper towels, the oil will go away :).
